Brief biographies of our amazing speaker on this topic have been shared below;

 

Henry Majed, PhD

Henry is a social entrepreneur taking a systems approach to tackling the toughest social challenges – mental health & wellbeing, sustainable development goals and climate impact. He is the co-founder of MyMynd, a workplace mental health and wellbeing platform, and visiting fellow at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Henry has an illustrious career, previously holding senior roles with Mars, Johnson & Johnson, Twentieth Century Fox and served as an advisor to the World Health Organisation (WHO). Notably he helped to build and led Innovation Gateway, an award-winning alliance of leading corporations, working together to get ahead of climate impacts of their buildings and built environment.

Henry is a neurologist who completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge and MBA at the University of Oxford. He is a regular keynote speaker on addressing mental health and wellbeing in new, post-COVID world.

 

Ashley Lodge

Ashley is Head of Wellbeing for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, responsible for creating the overarching wellbeing strategy for the Trust and through partnering with Occupational Health and Psychological Medicine leading the design, development and implementation of the programme of wellbeing activities, initiatives and interventions. In addition to his role at OUH Ashley also runs his own Mindfulness and Coaching Consultancy, and previously led wellbeing product development for Pearson UK.

Ashley has an illustrious career spanning over twenty year’s specialising in teaching, publishing, digital product development (EdTech) and Corporate Social Responsibility. Ashley has been practising mindfulness since 2013 and has had extensive training in Mindfulness from reputable institutions including an MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) course at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, The Mindfulness Exchange, CPD at Oxford University’s Oxford Mindfulness Centre and is a Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Qualified Coach.

Ashley has a degree in Philosophy from Southampton University and a PGCE from Cambridge University.
