Our Digital Innovation Ambassadors Programme provides the platform to build an inclusive community of digital innovators, furthering a culture of digital leadership and supporting champions keen to progress solutions along the journey to adoption. The purpose of the Digital Innovation Ambassadors Programme is to facilitate the further adoption of digital innovation into Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH). Aware that new technologies and solutions are only as successful as the extent of their uptake, TheHill is committed to ensuring innovations are championed from within the organisation.
Early engagement with clinicians and healthcare professionals is key in matching needs to available innovations and increasing a culture of innovation. Colleagues from the OUH are invited to apply to join our network of agents for change and champion the introduction of digital health technologies and innovation within the Trust.
This programme is about acknowledging the critical role that clinicians and healthcare professionals play in the successful adoption of digital innovations. It’s about ensuring early engagement with clinicians and healthcare professionals matching the appropriate technology to a need.
The programme is open all OUH colleagues, both clinical or operational who are:
• Interested in contributing to digital transformation projects.
• Advocates for digital change within the NHS.
• Keen to develop their leadership skills and expertise in digital healthcare innovation.
