Our Innovation Triage service is the entry point for all new ideas and technologies coming into the Trust. It’s designed to ensure that every innovation is reviewed fairly, efficiently and in line with our organisational priorities.
When you submit an idea or product, our triage team will assess its relevance, maturity, and potential benefit to patients and staff. We’ll identify the most appropriate route — whether that’s moving into our formal Innovation Pipeline, linking you to subject matter experts, or signposting you to another partner organisation.
We’ll ask for some key details, including your contact information, a summary of your innovation, and any supporting materials. Once we receive your triage form, we will organise a call to discuss your innovation in more detail and provide some insight into our ways of working at OUH.
The triage process ensures we focus our resources where they can have the greatest impact, while providing a transparent, supportive entry point for all innovators.
