Our Marketing & Communications Team

We have a dedicated Marketing & Communications team who help deliver awareness and promotion of TheHill brand, programmes and events across a variety of different platforms and audiences. They also seek out success stories from companies, individuals and innovators that have been through TheHill and work closely within the team to ensure we are delivering consistent branding and messaging.

If you are participating in one of our programmes or attending one of our events, you may be contacted by a member of our marketing team with a request for marketing material to help us promote your company’s involvement. By participating in our programmes, you agree to work with our marketing team and provide any materials that are requested.

How we use your marketing material

If we require marketing material for use in print material (brochures, flyers etc.) or digitally (social media posts, mail shots, screens etc.), it is likely we will request the following information:

    • At least 4x high quality images of your innovation (to include at least one image of the innovation being used or featuring the end user)
    • A high quality logo, including any variations (PNG, transparent background, colour variations etc.)
    • High quality headshots of your management team (CEO/COO/Founder etc.) and in the case of those exhibiting at events or pitching, they’re headshots too. The filename on these images must reflect the name of the person and their job title.
    • Main contact at your company.
    • Company description, with a focus on your USP.
    • A description of your solution.
    • A one liner – pitching your company or innovation in one sentence.

The above isn’t exhaustive and what is required may vary depending on the programme or event.

The marketing team also reserve the right to use images and logos where they see fit, in line with the design of the brochure and to amend any copy sent in by companies or individuals to fit the requirements of marketing material, whether online (website, social media etc.), in print (brochures, flyers etc.), without it being detrimental to the company or individual.

Photography and videography at our events

We often take photos and videos during our programmes and at our events, for example at our Social Mixers. These are then used across our platforms in digital & print to help promote other programmes and events. If you do not wish to have your photograph used in any of our future marketing material, please contact our Marketing & Communications Manager, using the link below.
