If you’re looking to sell your product or service into the NHS and are struggling to get to grips with the process, or you don’t know where to start, our NHS Procurement Workshop this July is a must for you.
This one-day workshop will demystify the NHS procurement process, providing a great opportunity for digital health businesses to understand the different elements involved in getting their products into the health service.
You’ll hear from industry insiders who will discuss contracting with the NHS and from procurement professionals at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH), who will share detailed insights into their procurement functions. OUH’s Head of Financial Performance will discuss NHS reimbursement mechanisms, while Carl Hooper, Interim Director of Procurement and Supply Chain, will run through routes to compliant procurement.
We’ll also look at the process from an entrepreneur’s standpoint, with thoughts and views from entrepreneur Jim Gabriel, who has substantial experience with the procurement process, having successfully sold into the NHS for many years. He will share his insights from first-hand experiences.
Jason Dorsett, OUH’s Chief Finance Officer, will round off the workshop with insights on the internal approvals process and how to create a business case.
The workshop has already helped companies gain a greater understanding of the NHS procurement process, with previous delegates commenting:
“The workshop has been really interesting and quite special, since it’s typically very hard (or even impossible) for externals to have a clear idea about how procurement works in the NHS and that’s exactly what this workshop helped to uncover and clarify.
With great speakers who did amazing presentations and answered our questions in detail, plus the opportunity to possibly have follow-up exchanges with the speakers involved, this is definitely added value”.
Whether you’re struggling to sell into the NHS, or you’re about to start trying to, this one-day online workshop will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to successfully sell into the health service.
