Programmes and Projects

TheHill offers a range of programmes for start-up companies and clinicians. We also work with partners on a range of projects related to digital health and care.

NHS Market Access Accelerator

Pre-Seed Programme

Digital Skills for Healthcare Workers

Our NHS Market Access Accelerator is aimed at innovative digital health companies addressing real issues in healthcare. It is an opportunity to learn about the different structures within the NHS and how decisions are made for the adoption of new technology within the different trusts, especially OUH.

TheHill’s Pre-Seed Programme addresses the specific requirements of healthcare, examining innovation and procurement pathways.

The Programme is designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs and innovators.

An innovative, interdisciplinary, and impactful programme for healthcare professionals to lead projects and apply digital technologies in the health and care sectors.

NHS Procurement & Sales Training

BOB Virtual Ward Project

Innovation Showcase Events

This course demystifies the NHS procurement process, helping you understand who to go to and what evidence and paperwork they will expect from you. We also help you improve your institutional selling skills and put you in the best position to choose the right entry point for your product, at a local, regional, or national level.

Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Integrated Care System (BOB ICS) is supporting the development, implementation and increasing the capacity of the current virtual ward provisions across Bucks, Berks and Oxon.

TheHill is part of a team of partners including Health Innovation Oxford and Thames Valley, and Channel 3 are supporting Oxford University Hospitals, Oxford Health, PML, Berkshire Health, Royal Berkshire Hospital, Buckinghamshire to put this service in place.

Our annual Innovation Showcase Events focus on a particular theme and enable you to meet companies involved in that particular strand of innovation and get ‘hands-on’ with some of the latest technology.

Social Mixers

Our bi-monthly Social Mixers are an opportunity for you to network with clinicians, companies and innovators and to hear a panel discussion on a particular topic or theme.
