TheHill brings digital technology and new innovations into the NHS with a focus on break-through innovation. The new approaches we support may be ideas internal to the NHS or external companies, but all of them seek to make the NHS more efficient and effective, empower staff and benefit patients. It is essential to engage with frontline staff so that they can effectively champion digital innovations and drive adoption of new technologies, as well as ensure that projects are genuinely needs-led.

Our position within the ecosystem enables us to match innovations to needs, supporting SMEs and digital solutions through our Market Access Accelerator.

Our Digital Innovations Programme guides appropriate solutions through an Innovation Pipeline and the OUH Innovation Panel, on towards piloting, trials and adoption.

Our workshops give the opportunity for clinicians and NHS staff to engage with innovators, and our social mixers and showcase events have developed an excellent reputation as networking opportunities that further build the ecosystem.

Our Digital Innovation Ambassadors champion innovation within the Trust, and are an integral part of our broader Clinical Engagement programme.
