TheHill is a network and innovation catalyst based at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, with strong links to Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and the two universities in Oxford. We scout for, nurture and deliver digital innovations into the NHS. We are looking for someone to work with the Director to make grant applications for us as an entity, and review applications made by our start-up community. Prior experience of UK-based funding bodies such as NIHR, Innovate UK and UKRI, and European Horizon 2020 funding would be particularly helpful. The ideal candidate will take ownership of some proposals with guidance from the Director, whist also contributing to proposals led by others.
We are happy to consider part-time or full-time and fully-remote working. The successful candidate will be employed as NHS Bank staff with a flexible-hours contract at equivalent band 7 or 8a (£19.21-£22.81/hour) depending on experience, and candidates must therefore have the right to work in the UK. We will be reviewing applications weekly until we find the right person (possibly more than one if part time) and would like the successful candidate(s) to start as soon as possible.
