Digital Pioneers

TheHill are pleased to launch a new workshop that will empower healthcare staff with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to aid the seamless integration of digital tools and culture into their practices.

Supported by our new Start-Up Labs Programme, our Digital Pioneers: Embracing & Influencing Digital Adoption workshop is open to all staff working in healthcare settings in the Southeast region, though applications are welcome from staff from other healthcare settings across the UK.

Delivered online via an interactive session on Microsoft Teams, this is a great opportunity for those wanting to gain new skills and an understanding of digital culture in healthcare, facilitate hands-on engagement or those who may want to influence others to seamlessly adopt digital culture.

Cultivating a dynamic environment where staff become champions of digital adoption, the workshop will empower healthcare staff with the knowledge to influence and motivate change to aid digital culture into their practices, fostering a dynamic environment that addresses resistance, and encourages practical application.

Digital Pioneers will begin on Monday 29th April, with sessions available at the following dates and times:

Monday 29th April 2024 (09:30 – 12:30)

Wednesday 1st May 2024 (0930 – 12:30)

Wednesday 8th May 2024 (13:00 – 16:00)

Tuesday 14th May 2024 (09:30 – 12:30)

Thursday 16th May 2024 (13:00 – 16:00)

Nikita Haddington-Milner, Digital Skills Manager for TheHill, commented:

I’m really excited to be able to deliver this course to support healthcare staff who want to positively steer change towards digital adoption in the workplace. The ideal participants are those who are the ‘go-to person’ in their department regarding tech or computers and want to learn how to encourage others to integrate technology into their everyday workflows.

This isn’t your usual online teaching session just staring at a screen, it’s a fun and interactive learning environment and is just the start of your digital innovation journey with TheHill.

Applications to take part in the course are now open. For further information, email Nikita on [email protected].
