Our Digital Innovation Ambassadors Network brings together an inclusive community of healthcare staff (clinical and operational) who are passionate about digital innovation.
The network recognises the critical role that frontline staff play in the successful adoption of new technologies. It supports the development of digital leadership skills, fosters engagement in digital transformation projects, and champions the integration of digital tools into everyday practice, helping to build a culture of innovation and change across the NHS. Ambassadors are instrumental in ensuring that technologies are not only introduced but also embedded successfully. By involving staff early, we match digital solutions to real clinical and operational needs, supporting better outcomes for both patients and staff.
As an Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to:

Originally open only to Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) staff, the network has now expanded to include all NHS staff members across Oxfordshire. This broader community provides a collaborative space for colleagues to connect, share ideas, and work together to solve challenges for shared patients.
