Nikita Haddington-Milner is the new Digital Skills Manager for TheHill. She brings to this role several years of experience delivering training to a diverse range of individuals and groups within large public sector organisations focusing on technology and communication. She contributed to implementing a new, modern & digital programme helping to digitise modern policing across all the enquiry centres, front counters & control rooms in one of the largest police forces in the UK. Nikita has been recently employed to reinstate the Digital Skills Programme and support digital transformation within the Trust.

 

 

 

Ravi Chal joins TheHill as the Digital Innovation Manager; Ravi began working in the NHS 10 years ago as a Clinical Pharmacist. Whilst working clinically, Ravi quickly identified a number of key areas that were ripe for innovation through technology and has been involved in their development, implementation and optimisation since. He has a broad base of knowledge, gained from involvement in large scale technology projects within NHS organisations and small scale, health sector focused start-ups. Ravi is the Digital Innovation Manager working to expedite digital transformation by identifying and supporting novel digital health start-ups in achieving commercialisation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Francesco De Magistris is our Digital Inclusion Analyst, who started working with us after defending his PhD at Oxford University. Before entering higher education, he has worked several years as an Analyst at Prime Research UK. With such a research background, he is focusing on Digital Inclusion in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Esther Quinn is the first innovation fellow to be part of TheHill with her post being supported by the Thinking of Oscar and clinically by Dr Janet Craze, Paediatric consultant at the Oxford Children’s Hospital.

Esther is a paediatric trainee with interest in early intervention and health promotion and improvement who has recently completed a Health Education England (HEE) Population Health Fellowship in September 2022 and is a Physical Activity Clinical Champion (PACC) working with the Office of Health Improvement and disparities (OHID).
